Who this is about
Period Partner is for the person supporting someone through her cycle. The account is his. She has no login and cannot see what is stored. The data on the account is about her cycle because he logged it, not because she signed up.

What we collect
On his account we store:
- Email address and a hashed password.
- People he tracks: a name he chooses, the relationship (partner, wife, girlfriend, daughter, or other), and optional starting guesses for cycle and period length.
- Period start and end dates he logs.
- Optional day notes: mood, energy, pain, sleep, flow, symptoms, and a free-text note. Libido is only collected on profiles that are not a daughter.
- Messages he sends the in-app assistant, and the replies.
- Device details needed to notify him: a push token, timezone, and the notification types he turned on.
- Signed-in sessions, so he can sign out everywhere.
We do not ask her for an account. We do not collect precise location. This website has no checkout; any paywall lives in the app, not here.
How it is used
To run the app he asked for: derive a phase and a forecast from the dates he logged, show advice for that phase, send the notifications he switched on, and keep him signed in on his devices.

Who else sees it
- Apple’s Push Notification service, so a notification can reach the device he registered.
- If conversational cloud chat is switched on by the operator, assistant messages may be sent to that model provider to write a reply. If it is off, replies come from the same content library the screens already use, and nothing in the conversation leaves the server for a model.
We do not sell this data. We do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as the account exists. When he deletes the account, the people he tracked, their cycles, their logs, his assistant messages, sessions, and push tokens are removed in the same request. Signing in again starts from nothing.
We keep one audit row that a deletion happened (the email and the time) so we can show the request was honoured. That row no longer points at an account.
How to delete it
In the app: open You, then Delete all the data. There is no waiting period and nothing to cancel. The server removes the account when he taps, and this phone is emptied and signed out.
Or write to hello@periodpartner.app from the address on the account. We will delete it the same way. More detail is on Support.
Not medical advice
Period Partner makes estimates from the dates he logged. It is not contraception. It does not diagnose. It does not replace a clinician. Severe pain, bleeding beyond eight days, or three months without a period are all worth a doctor.
Children
The app is for adults. A father may track a daughter’s cycle on his own account. That profile suppresses fertility, ovulation, and libido content. We do not offer accounts to children, and we do not knowingly collect from a child as a user.
This website
periodpartner.app is a static marketing site. It does not set tracking cookies, it does not require an account, and it does not run analytics scripts. Fonts are served from this same site.
